Spare material has arrived and has been successfully tested. Speed issues affecting Spring Hill are now resolved. Testing will continue throughout the night and morning until September 9th. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience.

Update 2024-09-06

Spare material is on its way from Sweden to Florida and will arrive on September 7th at 7:00 PM.

Due to recent speed issues in Spring Hill, we will be performing an urgent upgrade to the transportation link between the datacenter and Spring Hill. This planned work will take place from September 6th to September 9th and will affect all users in Spring Hill.

The service will not be down for the entire duration, only for short periods during the maintenance window. We apologize for this inconvenience and will provide updates on the status throughout the process.
